Insurgent movie review
The movie is a good action packed thriller which really lives up to the expectations.This one is a must watch for the divergent series lovers. Even if you haven't read the series , you can still enjoy the movie but watching divergent before this is ideal and recommended as the story builds up from the prequel.Overall the best part of Insurgent is Shailene Woodley, her character and the emotion she gives to her, how good her performance is and the fact that the director did a really great job at filming the action scenes.

Insurgent is the darker and action packed sequel to the movie divergent.It offers far more complex characters with with far more believable character backgrounds and character development ."Insurgent" picks up right where the first film of this series "Divergent" left off. The tense peace inside the walls of dystopian Chicago is shattered when the Abnegation faction was invaded and destroyed.

The film is an edge of the seat thriller with mind-blowing special effects even though some may not like the 3D version of the film as it is not up to the mark of some of the recent big budget movie flicks.Shailene Woodley is excellent as Tris. Woodley portrays Tris' inner struggle with her emotions, flawlessly. All the other actors were good though they were not used to their maximum potential.One of the main attractions of the movie is its cast members .This movie has a beyond wonderful cast who performed exceptionally well.One of the main negatives of the movie is that it contains a lot of violence killing and pain.Even though it attracts more teenagers , especially boys to the movie , it makes it not suitable for the Family. Insurgent is a little different from the book.This film is rated PG, but there are pretty intense violent scenes, including point-blank shooting of defenseless people.
